Teamwork has always been the secret of our success. Over the years, our firm has hosted to over a thousand attorneys, legal interns and administrative staff and has raised leader attorneys and managers in their field of work. As Sarı & Kılıç, the majority of our managing staff consists of attorneys who have been a part of our team since their internships. While our professional team leaders guide and support our junior counsels with theoretical and practical matters, our open door policy and dynamic working groups enable our young colleagues to develop their professional experiences effectively.
In addition to our counsels and interns, we have support staff including paralegals, administrative and financial affairs, human resources, information technology, secretarial personnel, court officers, field team and call center agents.

Legal intern candidates can file their applications through this page. Applications must be filed by the end of May every year. Interns who are accepted for legal internship position, under the supervision of our team leaders, will take active roles and responsibilities in preparing petitions and contracts, participating in meetings, following up proceedings before the judicial and administrative authorities, and if deemed suitable at the second half of the internship year, attending hearings in Civil Courts of Peace and Enforcement Courts.
Interns who have completed their legal internship at Sarı & Kılıç Attorneys at Law, will begin their careers as well equipped and self-confident attorneys and members of a distinguished group as it has been for more than thirty years.
Students who have completed the third year of the faculty of law can file their summer internship applications through this page. Applications must be filed by the end of May every year. Interns who are accepted for summer internship will participate in the office and courthouse work alongside our team leaders. Thus, they have the opportunity to experience the profession and practice, and to discover their professional field of interests. Having done the summer internship in our office provides an advantage in terms of evaluating the legal internship application.
